The Bookham Technology terra-Q narrowband
filter family is based on thin-film interference filter
technology. A range of 50GHz channel spacing design
options are available.
terra-Q 50 Standard
The standard version provides solid performance with a
proven track record since its introduction in July of 2001.
This product works well for metro area networks where lowest
cost is essential.
terra-Q 50 Wide-Top
This product features the widest available clear channel width.
Wider clear channel provides for less rounding of the channel
passband after cascading of filters. The wider clear channel also
allows for the wider spectral width of RZ modulation schemes at
10Gb/s data rates.
