The relay is normally in neutral
centreposition. When power
supply is applied, the relay is
switched to star position (pin
4) and the star time period
starts.
At the end of the set time
period, the relay returns to
neutral centre position and
the fixed delay between star
and delta starts.
At the end of this delay,
approx. 100 ms, the relay is
switched to delta-position
(pin 3).
If power supply is interrupted
during the star time period for
min. 250 ms, the star time
period is repeated.
If power supply is interrupted
after the star time period for at
least 900 ms, the entire se-
quence is repeated.
