The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMKD7000
consists of two pair of electrically isolated series
configured ultra-high speed switching diodes in
an ULTRAminiTM SOT-363 surface mount pack-
age, designed for ESD protection and high
speed switching applications.
