The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMUT3904,
CMUT3906 types are complementary silicon
transistors manufactured by the epitaxial planar
process, epoxy molded in an ULTRAminiTM
surface mount package, designed for small signal
general purpose amplifier and switching
applications.
