GUIDEMARK
The guide marks are holes of 0.3 mm in diameter on the electrode plate.
They can be seen from top of the H7546 through its photocathode.
They can be used for positioning when scintillating or optical fibers are
coupled to the H7546.
Each pole corresponds to each pixel of 64 anodes.
APPLIED VOLTAGE = 800 V
