L7212 SERIES
Compact, long service life and high UV intensity
The LIGHTNINGCURE 200 series is high-power yet compact UV
spot light source using a 200W Super-Quiet Mercury-Xenon lamp.
A built-in condenser reflector collects intense UV light emitted
from the Mercury-Xenon lamp into a quartz fiber(light guide) or
large-area uniform beam optics, to irradiate the target object with
extreme efficiency. When used in UV adhesive curing, the
LIGHTNINGCURE 200 series allows quick curing in as short a
time as several seconds without causing thermal damage to the
target object or peripheral parts. These features make the
LIGHTNINGCURE 200 very useful in adhesion processes for
electronic and optical components that are vulnerable to heat.
Hamamatsu also provides the L7212-03 spot light source using a
150W Super-Quiet Xenon lamp optimized for adhesive curing by
visible light, allowing you select the desired light source according
to your application.

No optical alignment required
A Super-Quiet Mercury-Xenon lamp(200W) has a unique electrode
structure that offers virtually no arc-point movement, so the L7212
series eliminates the need for optical alignment throughout the oper-
ating life of the lamp.

External Control
Various functions, lamp ON/OFF, shutter ON/OFF, lamp stable signal,
and shutter status signal are available from the D-sub connection.

Built-in 100/200V automatic switching power supply
The 100/200V automatic switching power supply makes it easy to use
the LIGHTNINGCURE series in any country.

Compatible with different adhesives
Three models are available for use with different adhesives: a 365nm
type (L7212-01), 250nm range enhanced type (L7212-02) and visible
light type (L7212-03).
