Description
The MicroMetrics surface mount
high power PIN diodes are designed
for commercial applications. The high
power PIN diodes consists of a square
ceramic body (MicroMetrics case style
CS 127) which are hermetically sealed
packaged devices with full face bond-
ed chips for low inductance construc-
tion. This diode is capable of high
power and is available in a wide vari-
ety of specifications covering a wide
range of low loss, low distortion
requirements. Please consult factory
