Description
The MIKK118.05 series is a CMOS LSI which electronically plays a prearranged melody.
Functions
Tempo: 24 kinds
Sound range: 2.5 octave (1,2,3 or 2,3,4)
Melody start and auto repeat at the time of power on
Melody start switch can be selected by
1. MO=0:ST-level hold mode
2. MO=1:ST-one shot mode
Direct driver piezo buzzer
Features
One chip CMOS construction
Built-in RC oscillator circuit
Plays a melody consisting of 128 notes
Wide range of supply voltage (1.25V to 3.3V)
Start from the head of melody
95KHz operating frequency
