Outline
This product is a media actuator for residential
use with which 100 BASE-TX UTP cable and 100
BASE-FX single core optical fiber cable media
conversion is carried out.
FEATURES
1. Using WDM(wave division multiplexing)technology, it is possible to multiplex a multiple number of
wavelengths on a single core optical fiber cable and carry out high-speed transmission, making possible
the effective utilization of optical fiber resources.
2. Communications up to a maximum of 20 km are possible point-to-point with single mode optical fiber.
3. Applicable standards: IEEE 802.3, domestic Japanese standard TS-1000, VCCI Class-B, JIS C6802(class-1
laser products), and the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law.
4. Since it is small and light with exterior dimensions of 87 137 30 mm and a weight of 200 g, the degree of
freedom with regard to the places it can be installed is great and it can support being left as it is or hung on
a wall.
5. A structure that can accommodate the splice fastening section(two places)and the section to handle
excess fiber length is built in.
