FEATURES
1. Miniaturization thanks to development of an all-in-one base band IC.
A full customized ASIC(including all sections conventionally configured with independent components such
as a CPU, masked ROM and RTC)has been developed to provide the features : ultra compactness, low
current consumption and low price(70% cheaper). This ASIC is a very compact also : 64-pin LBGA
(8 mm 8 mm)
2. Built-in CPU for positioning and calculating of a place that does not impose any load on the CPU of a
device(host).
This unit can position a place by itself since the CPU for positioning and calculating a place is built into the
unit.It can position a place without any radio base station site also although it is very small.
3. 12-channel(multi-channel)positioning method.
Since all captured satellites are used for positioning, the positioning precision is improved.
4. Standard communication formats.(NMEA0183)
