The
PD78F0233 is a member of the
PD780232 Subseries that belongs to the 78K/0 Series. It replaces the
internal ROM
Note
of the
PD780232 with a flash memory.
Since the
PD78F0233 enables write/erase electrically while mounted on a board, it is suitable for applications
involving system evaluation during system development, small-scale production, and for systems that are expected
to be frequently upgraded.
Note Internal ROM capacity varies (refer to 1. DIFFERENCES BETWEEN
PD78F0233 AND MASK ROM
VERSION for details).
The details of functions are described in the following user's manuals. Be sure to read them before
designing.
