DESCRIPTION
Semelabs new generation of fast recovery power
diodes exhibits a Triple Charge Control action using:
- Low Emitter Efficiency.
- Combined Axial and Uniform
Lifetime Control
- Controlled Cathode Diffusions.
This new technology provides fast switching speeds
with rugged and ultra soft recovery performance
while maintining low levels of leakage current and
forward voltage drop.
