AH002R2-12
Description
The AH002R2-12 is an SPDT reflective FET IC switch
designed for low distortion at medium power for cellular
radio applications. The switch has a 1 dB compression of
4.0 W at 900 MHz and -10 V control. The switch requires
a 0 and -10 V operation for maximum power handling, but
will operate at 0/-5 V with reduced performance.
