HIGH VOLTAGE AMPLIFIER
The BC394 is a silicon planar epitaxial NPN transis-
tor in Jedec TO-18 metal case, designed for general
purpose high-voltage and video amplifier applica-
tions.
The complementary PNP type is the BC393.
