DESCRIPTION
This Power MOSFET is the latest development of
STMicroelectronics
unique
"Single
Feature
Size
TM
" strip-based process. The resulting transi-
stor shows extremely high packing density for low
on-resistance, rugged avalanche characteristics
and less critical alignment steps therefore a re-
markable manufacturing reproducibility.
