| Description | The NJU7254 isA two output low drop out voltage regulator with ON/OFF control. Advanced CMOS technology achieves low current consumption and high ripple rejection. Two outputs can be controlled independently and each output delivers up to5V/100mA. SOT-23-6 package and small output capacitors makes the NJU7254 suitable for space conscious applications.
